What is your typical workflow—from initial inquiry to final delivery?

1. Initial Consultation & Quotation
The journey begins with your concept sketches or reference ideas. Whether it’s a detailed drawing or just a rough visual, our team will analyze your needs and provide a comprehensive quotation and production timeline.
If you do not yet have finalized designs, our in-house creative team can help develop initial concepts into 2D visuals or 3D renderings that align with your brand vision.
2. Design Development
Upon confirmation, our technical department transforms your concept into production-ready technical drawings.
2D drawings resolve over 80% of production needs
3D modeling is available for complex structural or aesthetic challenges
We’ll submit the technical drawings for your final approval before sampling begins.
3. Sampling & Revisions
Once drawings are approved, we proceed to sample production.
If the client identifies functional or stylistic changes after sampling, we will assist with adjustments and re-quote accordingly.
If changes are required due to our quality issues, corrections will be made at no additional cost.
4. Mass Production & Quality Control
After sample approval, full production begins under strict supervision.

5. Packaging & Logistics
We offer customizable packaging solutions based on your logistics preferences.
If no specific requirements are provided, we’ll suggest optimal solutions based on our export experience — considering anti-scratch, moisture-resistant, and shock-proof needs.
6. Pre-Assembly & Installation Support
Large or complex installations are shipped in modular, pre-engineered segments.
We conduct a trial assembly at our factory to ensure everything fits
Clients receive detailed assembly drawings, video tutorials, and numbered part labels to guide on-site setup
If any issues arise, our support team is available via video call or phone guidance

Do you offer environmentally friendly or recyclable material options?

Yes. Whenever possible, we prioritize using environmentally friendly and recyclable materials as part of our commitment to sustainability.

Can clients request specific materials or suggest substitutions?

Absolutely. Clients are welcome to specify preferred materials. If no specific request is made, we recommend the most suitable materials based on project requirements.

What types of materials do you commonly use for custom signage and installations?

We work with a wide range of materials including acrylic, PC sheets, aluminum, stainless steel, wood veneer, marble, glass fiber, PPG coatings, and 3M laminated films—chosen for their durability and visual impact.

How is the project timeline communicated and tracked during the process?

Each project is assigned a dedicated project manager who oversees all stages and ensures timely updates and progress reports.

Can you place urgent or fast-track orders?

Yes, we do our best to accommodate urgent orders when our production capacity allows, always striving to meet our clients’ delivery requirements.

What is your typical lead time for custom projects?

Lead times vary depending on the size and complexity of each project. However, we provide a clear and structured schedule outlining key milestones such as sample development, design finalization, and mass production.

What support is available if installation issues occur on-site?

We offer remote technical support via phone or video calls to assist clients with on-site installation challenges.

What transportation methods do you use? Can clients choose their own logistics company?

We typically use sea or land transport. Clients are welcome to choose their preferred logistics provider.

Do you handle shipping? Is pre-assembly and installation guidance provided?

We do not handle logistics directly, but we conduct pre-assembly before shipment and provide detailed installation drawings and videos.
